    @TANIKOPRODUCTIONS Muscles mass increase leads to strength increase as well. For example someone taking roids without working out will gain strength as well.

    Guys someone help me out I got confused at this one does more muscle mean more strength? without any injections of any sort I red somewhere that you can gain muscle but still be weak?! or be strong but with smaller muscles!! what the fuck?! some one clear this up for me please!

  13. Working out as a teen is fine. It stimulates HgH production, but, this is only beneficial if you have bad form and injure yourself especially your growth plates, stay away from over training and injury and you'll be fine.

  14. depends at the age you are, if you're below 16 i wouldn't advise working out to much as it will prevent your growth. do abit if you want but i would recommend starting around 17 🙂

  17. If you really want to lose fat,You only have to follow these simple rules:

    -Set a Goal.

    -Workout at least 3 times a week with weights.

    -Eat Healthful and 1.2gr protein X Lean Body Weight

    -Reduce calories and aim to lose 1-3 lbs every week.

    -Stay focused and track your progress every week.
