actually no, "the girl from juno" is Ellen Page, and no she isnt the one doing this game. She acted and voiced Jodie Holmes from the upcoming PS4 exclusive Beyond:Two Souls. Jodie's character is also modeled from Ellen Page.
While in The Last of Us, even though Ellie looks a lot like Page, she is voiced and acted by actress Ashley Suzanne Johnson, known most for her voice acting for Gwen Tennyson from Ben 10 series.

They keep on talking about Tess shooting the infected twice. She did it with Robert so that he wouldn't turn and she did it to the infected to make sure it wouldn't get back up and try to kill them. Also, It's called double tapping. 🙂
