I read the labels on everything. MSG is dangerous!!!
Jennifer, I am always disappointed when I see you and others telling people
that they would throw out anything with MSG in it …BECAUSE it should be
taken back to the store. Do you want to make a statement or not? Taking
it back and saying why you are returning it makes a far greater statement
than simply ‘ not buying it ‘. I would TAKE IT BACK, and say it is
because it has MSG in it and I don’t want MSG. I might even go so far as
to buy products that I know have MSG in them and then a week later return
it. If enough people did this, the message that we don’t want it would get
louder and clearer.

MSG is an excito toxin…this goes to your brain..This does cause
anaphlactoid reactions .Rapid heart beat and insomnia.There are 43
different ways a food company can legally put msg without labeling it as
such.Google the hidden meanings for msg.when I go shopping I stand and read
.If it reads like a chem lab it is…on gm foods look at the upc bar
codes…if it beginds with a 9 its organic….8 gm….4…3…its
conventional but it has pesticides…
Remember folks, food processed and packaged have additives and
preservatives to maintain their shelf life and taste. Some people have
allergies to such things. Best thing to do is control your food and cook
it fresh!

And… BTW, I am MSG-sensitive too. My MSG reaction made me deathly
allergic to MSG and also sensitive to the different foods containing
varying levels of ordinary glutamate. Life has been made more difficult for
me, as I am very limited with what I can and can’t eat, but I make the best
of it.

Hi you mentioned on labels “no msg added”. To the food company’s it is a
legal loop hole. The translation to english is “there is msg, but we did
not put it there!”. All excitotoxins should be made illegal. We tell kid
don’t do drugs then we sneak this stuff into there food.

they have soy protein isolate.. this may or may not have glutemate.. My
guess is it’s fine.. but there is only one time when I eat a cliff Bar.. in
the middle of the woods on a kayak, starving (and it’s usually a 3 year old
cliff bar. is any food that last that long good for you? energy wise yes..
but everything else wise.. nah… my rule of thumb is the best foods rot..

Mono-sodium Glutamate (MSG) is a natural product, hence it is considered
‘organic’. It’s just as organic as arsenic, cyanide and radiation. They may
be dangerous, but at least they’re organic.
@Insanityperfectd I do not know of any markets near the airport, but I am
sure you can ask at your hotel. If you are in the city, the Paragon Mall
has a great supermarket with fresh wheatgrass shots – have a great trip!
