The 767 is an incredibly light, hollow aluminum aircraft, there's no chance it could have damaged any of the hardened steel columns inside WTC1 or 2. Not only that but the ignited fuel it was carrying couldn't have weakened the columns because it was only a kerosene fire with no oxygen. The fire wouldn't have achieved enough heat to weaken or melt the steel in the structure.
