The person who published the book was a Jewish American journalist and the book was published in 1984, not 44. His family actually disowned him initially, although they later reconciled. I really don't think the average Jew had any say in world war II just like the average Nazi, both groups died by the millions. Google "The Transfer Agreement" and if you really want proof, go read the book titled the same name. Nazi Germany was hugely influential in setting up the state of Israel, through allowing tens of thousands of Jews to migrate, and exchanging their property in Germany for farming and building materials. Hitler was given some honorary title in Israel and the Rothschild withdrew their support for a boycott of German goods (they dictated German foreign policy though financing the war effort).
