This video is BS and so is the building. First, the picture that shows the building has the skyline of Chicago, not Changsha. So where is it? Chicago or Changsha? Next, it's says it will be BUILT at the end of 2012 and now it's April 2013. Where is it? The architectural firm commissioned to build it has not even built a building over 30 stories tall. It's more of a publicity stunt for a not-so-well-know firm and city. In other words, this is a piece of crap.
