I don't see how it is under Vatican rule. I am convinced that has been infultrated by the Jesuits, like all churches and governments. But as long as it's still standing on the two pillars of the Protestant Reformation: 1) The Bible only and 2) identifying the papacy as antichrist; and as long as it's not agreeing to ecumenism (which is a Vatican invention), it is not under Vatican control.
