things dont fall they way. they dont move toward the ground and free fall speeds when there are thousands of supports beneath them. and even if it was smashing through those supports, that still takes time. that would still slow the decent SIGNIFICANTLY. Plus the natural path for a falling building is to fall sideways because of the resistance of the floors below. to make a building collapse in on itself is a complex engineering feat that takes months. IT DOES NOT HAPPEN ON ACCIDENT.

to be fair that could easily have been a green screen error. Because you know she was probably standing in the studio as always and they green screened in the window scene behind her. which isnt to say that this wasnt a controlled demolition, it totally was. But the footage of her could have just been someone using 20 minute old footage on the green screen behind her without thinking.
