20 min ago, here in central fl. tornado warning and then tornado confirmed
in Inverness area and recommended to stay indoors. looks like you have a
good idea of whats going on Dutch, been following you since the 11th, I
agree with almost everything you are saying. thanks for keeping us informed

@jcook165 yeah im in north bend- next someone will blame the flooding on
haarp instead of the giant plume of moisture coming our way- la nina is
really going out with a bang!

just theory plucked from the air as it where but the rings are generating
the energy and the beams are controlers? or maybe the surge of turning on
or off. various commands in a pulse.

@cmxsevenfoldxmc yet i see nothing in this video that is odd at all- i have
seen some stuff over australia that need investigating but here there is
nothing but radar signatures fading returning and hitting targets- those
“perfect rings” are the circular radar sweeps- a few weeks ago i showed
videos like this to my ex navy weather radar friend and he said it was
completely normal looking radar sweeps

these look like fairly normal radar returns from the outter edge of a
radar’s range. as the echos get further away they may report heights that
are higher or lower than the level the clouds are actually at. i think it’s
called range folding and it’s a well known limitation of radar systems.
People are not awake. They are blind and numb to the idea that their gov
would do such a thing to them. We are going to the GEORGIA GUIDE STONES
next week and take some pixs. The one stone says that they want the world
population kept at 500 million. The United Nations has a long way to go. I
love my country but, I fear my government.
@salvadory Most of that makes sense. But, why the hell do those circles
show up, anyways? I’m just curious. Also, what’s the stuff over australia
you speak of? Now I’m intrigued to check that out.

australia- just search australian haarp ssignatures or australian rings-
theres a few that do seem atleast worthy of looking into
thx dutch …i live in NW Florida and my back and head have been hurting
real bad and now i think the harrp ringe did it….also we have many
military bases and they r trying to get radiation out of air for the
military…i believe and why my compass has been off so much…i check the
compass usually a few times aday…
Any chance these “rings” you’re seeing are the outer edges of a radar scan?
Radar composites (read: many radar sources put together) such as these are
bound to have some artifacts such as this.

@salvadory Regardless of whether or not these storms were predicted, don’t
you think it’s a bit odd that there are near perfect circles depicted in
these animated streams of the storm? I can agree with you that storms are a
natural event… But in the past few weeks, a lot of weird “haarp rings”
have been popping up, and strange weather follows. Just my 2 cents.

it is very crazy how long the storm stayed i feel its just the start of
things to come it’s has to get worse before it gets better
learn how radar works before you swirl your mouse around different radar
systems picking up moisture and fronts storms etc- breaks in weather! look
i believe in chemtrails and occassionaly ive seen some weird spiking but i
see nothing here but normal radar signatures and the bad weather in florida
was predicted days ago by the Storm prediction center – all these videos go
to active weather areas then look for something mysterious then claim the
bad weather is a result of some “rings”
The weather here in Ms last night was really bad. Gotta get those chemicals
out, thats why it rains so bad. But ppl here dont notice shit, they talk
about the hail, the wind, the rain, but what about the radiation?????SMH
i have check Google earth,Microsoft globe and many others the only thing i
found was a HARRP facility in Jacksonville.im trying to get pictures and
video up soon..thank you for all your comments. i will have more coming
very soon getting info all together and verified..
i have lived all over the country, i am from Seattle so i know about
weather,i also lived in Tampa,fl and i know how the weather is there also.
but on of my jobs was to monitor all the weather because i am a commercial
diver and i work on nuc plants and the state of fl inspecting all bridges.
nasty weather is normal and i don’t think to look at it twice but when u
see perfect circles makes ya wonder radar returns don’t usually show up
that prevalent on a radar.

This is making something out of nothing…..these RADARs have a range limit
and those storms are just reaching that limit its doppler its not exact
science…i think you are seening limitations of the technology not a HARRP
ring
