@IrtazaAhmedQureshi That is not a Haarp array, anyone who has seen a
picture of the array knows this. Go to Wiki Haarp they have a great picture
of it. This is a few million volts getting a little out of control. If you
were within a few hundred feet it could easily choose you to ground with.

there is no way of knowing which country did it. One would have to look at
motive. US has good relations with Japan, specifically they loan our govt
alot of money so putting their country in the toilet makes no sense.
Secondly, look at the ring of fire on a world map, then look at HAARP
location, would they risk perturbing the most active continental.plate
risking EQ’s & Tsunamis that could destroy HAARP or hit the US?
