It's not new, But surprisingly few people are really informed on the HARRP
projects. Weather manipulation, A weapon of war. Mind control. Chemtrails.

The narrator commented that scientist have noticed electrical spikes in the
ionosphere before when huge earthquakes occur. Could it be that the sub
levels of the earth gives off some type of charge during the time of the
earthquake? However, I am not saying that it is not HARP.
What was HAARP? We will never truly know, chances are the conspiracy
theorist scientists were not correct. But, it, is, closed. HAARP is no
more. Just as the 21/12/12 theories have been disproven. As time passes,
more of these conspiracies will be forced to surrender.

and found this History Channel segment explaining it.
I'm not convinced that such a project actually alters weather — it could
be used for something else entirely.
But it still seems a bit odd to be broadcasting at 72,000 times the
strength of the most strong AM radio stations in the US.
What is this really for? And what possible scientific advancements may come
as a result?
I been researching the HAARP project for a min. This explains why we have
fucked up weather and why there are more natural disasters in the world
today. I'm surprised why more people aren't asking questions when it comes
to this technology. Check this out.
Microwaves have frequencies between 300MHz and 300GHz. Radio waves are
electromagnetic waves with frequencies of 30KHz – 300GHz. Low frequency
waves manipulate Schumann Resonance aka the "earth's heartbeat." This is
bad. Our brain's function off organic electricity 'depressed' or 'excited'
by these waves.
Could this really explain why Japan was hit so hard? Could this explain why
Farmers Almanac can't get it right? Can this explain sinkholes around the
world? Could this be causing the cannon like booms I hear at night or even
the day? So many questions and might be too much guessing. I should check
