The explaination of chaff has nothing to do with HAARP.

Second the question "Could HAARP burn a hole through the ionosphere?" is
posed. HAARP when active, sends RF energy and it's intensity is tens of
thousands of times less than the Sun's natural electromagnetic radiation
that is sent towards the earth. It is also hundreds of times less than the
normal intensity of the Sun's natural ultraviolet energy which creates the
ionosphere. So to ask if HAARP could burn a hole in the ionosphere? I'd say
no. It is no where near the level of the Sun's energy.

The video goes on to state that HAARP's effects could be felt over an
entire hemisphere. This is false. HAARP's antenna array is directed
straight up. When HAARP was active (the facility has been inactive since
early 2013), it would send energy straight up to the ionosphere and no
where else. The area of the ionosphere affected is a very small area. Not
enough area to be felt over an entire hemisphere.

The video claims that mysterious cloud formations have been occurring with
alarming frequency. The video shows a classic roll cloud. Nothing new or
mysterious about a roll cloud. A roll cloud also known as an arcus cloud is
formed when there is an outflow boundary which is also known as a gust
front. This is the leading edge of gusty, cooler surface winds from
thunderstorm downdrafts.

The video states about chemtrails used to focus HAARP energy and direct it.
This is false as chemtrails have been proven to not exist.

It then shows a video from KFOR news which is an Oklahoma City news station
being rebroadcast by CNN. Some woman is heard saying "this looks like a
frequency tornado" What in the world is a frequency tornado. No known term
exists in meteorology. Some new term coined by a conspiracy theorist? It
then states that there is clearly a "HAARP focused beam" being shown in the
video. The beam in question is either sun light being distorted by camera
lens or sunlight seen on the condensation funnel of the tornado. The sun
light may have been visable due to RFD (rear flanking downdraft) of the
storm creating a clear slot where the downdraft air comes down and around,
thus creating a split in the clouds.

It then shows what they believe to be the HAARP beam. What they are seeing
is actually the final stages of the tornado aka the rope stages. When the
RFD wraps completely around it will choke off the inflow winds. This will
begin to kill the tornado. When a tornado begins to dissipate it can either
just disappear or go into the rope stage and the dissipate.

Large number of animal deaths have been attributed to birds panicking and
causing sudden trauma, power lines, dead fish attributed from farm
chemicals brought into rivers/lakes from rain runoff. The large amount of
fish dead could be linked to the domino effect where a fish eats a
contaminated organism and gets ill. A large fish preys on the ill fish and
eats it. Scientists state that bird and fish kills occur more than people
are aware of. Animal mutations are stated to be from radiation paths of
HAARP's antennas. Once again HAARP's antenna array is direct skyward, thus
the signal is shot straight up, no where else.

The video then shows John Greenewald explaining the theory about HAARP
shooting ELF (extremely low frequency) waves up to the ionosphere. This is
false. HAARP transmitters operate in the HF (high frequency) spectrum, more
specifically the 2 to 10MHz range. This range IS NOT ELF.

Changes in animal migrations could be a result from location temperature
changes ongoing weather events, or humans interfering with animal habitats.
But for some reason people point the finger at HAARP.

The first home video is hard to make out. The noise is being claimed as
coming from HAARP. Sounds like a busy highway close by. Would need
information about where this video was taken.

The second home videos states "note the flashes of light". Those flashes
are from the camcorder trying to get the correct light exposure setting.
Notice how the flashing stops when the person directs the camcorder away
from the sun light? My old Samsung camcorder would do that while trying to
film severe weather. A manual correction (if the camcorder supports that)
will help the issue. The third home video has some beating sound. Could be
a marching band drum line or could be some construction/rigging equipment.
Again, information about when and where this video was taken would help.
The fourth video may be gusty winds or an approaching tornado. The fifth
video has been debunked as there are many videos from different places all
with the same background sounds (the sound in question, birds, and
someone's squealing vehicle brakes).

The next small video clip shows 9/11 ground zero and some sort of flowing
object in the upper portion of the video. It is difficult to know what
exactly this is due to the video shot being cropped or the camera that was
used for filming was zoomed in. Going by my knowledge it could have been
water being used for something with some sort of work light being directed
upon it. The next video shows one of the hijacked planes flying into one of
the WTC buildings. The video raises the question on how frail aluminum
wings could penetrate steel beams and no damage to the wings occurred.
First off, there is nothing correlating HAARP to the 9/11 attacks in this
video, so why include it? Second, the first plane was traveling around
495mph, the second plane was traveling around 590mph. Fast enough that the
human eye nor video cameras would catch the moment that the wings would get
damaged. Third, how can video cameras and people on the ground know if and
when the wings were damaged or not? Once they entered the building, they
are not visable.

The video asks "Are natural disasters really natural?" Well, all one has to
do is research these natural disasters to find out how they are formed or
why they occur. They go on to theorize that HAARP controls the weather.
With the education in meteorology, a person can come to the conclusion that
HAARP can not and does not control the weather. They discuss on the video
about Operation Popeye and cloud seeding. Yes, cloud seeding is real but it
is really not done a lot basically because it is unreliable. Meaning that
cloud seeding to make it rain doesn't really make it rain. This part in the
video does not make sense as Operation Popeye occurred during the Vietnam
War. This war occurred decades before HAARP was even built. What does cloud
seeding have to do with HAARP?

The video then goes on to state that Hurricane Katrina mysteriously
transforms into a Cat 5 hurricane. Going back to meteorology, nothing
mysterious occurred with Katrina. Katrina intensified when it moved into
the Gulf of Mexico and encountered warm waters of the Loop Current, which
increased wind speeds. The Loop Current is a warm ocean current that flows
northward between Cuba and the Yucatan Peninsula, moves north into the Gulf
of Mexico, loops east and south before exiting to the east through the
Florida Straits and joining the Gulf Stream. The shear size of Katrina was
due to an eyewall replacement cycle within the storm system. The travel
path of Katrina is from the Loop Current.

The video then claims that in 2006, after Katrina (2005) not a single
hurricane made US landfall. While technically true, Hurricane Ernesto did
make US landfall but as a tropical storm. The video then claims that HAARP
could be used to control small climates over specific areas. Once again,
HAARP antennas are pointed directly overhead. THis means that the RF energy
sent out is directly overhead of the HAARP antennas not out from the sides.
These antennas are basically unidirectional antennas meaning they transmit
in one direction.

The video discusses HAARP rings which are actually errors in the radar
mosaic at the edge of the sweep radius of the given radars. These rings
show up because of two radars overlapping each other. Squaler squares are
when radars use special filters to filter out items such as virga.
