In this 7 Days to Die Alpha 9 gameplay video, we leave the safety of our cave behind and set out for a new home near the wasteland. Here we build a house… cabin… ok, it’s more like a shack. Zombies are everywhere and until we’re done building a house, we’ll never feel safe. I can’t say much for my construction skills, but it does have a door, walls and windows so… good enough!

From the ashes of the 3rd world war rises an unknown virus which transforms the surviving humans of 7 Days to Die into an army of the animated dead, acting as a single-minded being. Is this a 7 Days to Die Review?

Nope! If you are looking for a 7 Days to Die review you have come to the wrong place. While I do indeed share my thoughts on 7 Days to Die reviews are typically meant to focus on illustrating what a game does right and where it fails. I will not be providing such a review of 7 Days to Die.

7 Days to Die Alpha 9

The introduction of Alpha 9 to 7 Days to Die brought randomized world generation. This was a huge change to the game and in fact is the primary element which prompted this series, beginning with 7 Days to Die part 1. That said, this 7 Days to Die series may indeed extend beyond and out of Alpha 9.

7 Days to Die Multiplayer

This series will not touch on the 7 Days to Die multiplayer elements. While I do get many requests to play 7 Days to Die multiplayer, if I were to do so that would happen in an entirely different series.

  1. I’ve looked at 5 videos about how to build a house and NOT one of you even
explains it. You spend all your time talking about food or other things,
then you come to your house and your frame is up but you never said how you
    did it.. /sigh

  2. So tips for a better house?Make it a underground house with rooms to.For
storage.Do walls all over the house! The house should have a second floor
where you can go to balcony. The balcony should be all around the exterior
of second floor, so you can shoot at bees and all that stuff. And probably
do a kind of.*Fall of death* in the interior of the walls or exterior so if
zombies get from walls they can’t jump if i’m right. They’ll just fall there
;).Sorry for bad grammar.See?Not a builder even when it comes to a
    builder’s vocabulary xD.

  3. I’m living in a cabin I found in the woods by a lake. Zombies don’t seem to
pay much attention to it. I’ll have one or two knock at my door now and
then but I made iron doors and made frames of concrete around them. most of
it though is just wood; been living in their for almost 30 days.

  4. Hey Weem, you can further reinforce your wooden walls by continually right
clicking on them. The normal planked walls will get torn through by zombies
    in a few seconds flat.

The first reinforcement costs 2 planks per tile, the second reinforcement
    needs 2 scrap.
