the Federal Reserve because the Federal Reserve argues that in order for
the system to work, they require that they are the only ones allowed to
make interest rate and money supply decisions. It is indeed a privately

And if you took a American Government class you would understand that most
of the local banks across the country are privately owned. That's why in
