  1. Thanks! As soon as 2 and 3 find tenants there will be more work to watch. As 1 and 4 near completion it seems like things are slowing down (externally)

  2. Looks like the towers are nearly complete! 🙂 Thanks for all of the awesome updates, they get better every time! Make sure to give us updates on 2 and 3 once tenants allow for them to be built! 🙂

  4. I really like and appreciate all these updates. Cos I live in Scotland, I obviously can't look out my window and see the WTC. So these updates are a great way for my to keep up-to-date with the reconstruction of that hallowed site.

  5. Good video as always! I'm so far away from New York because I'm from Germany. That's why I really enjoy watching your videos, so I can stay updated. 😉

  6. I honestly have no idea on why it was built without tenants. I'm guessing that things where much different back at that time. Things are different today so that's why 2 and 3 are delayed.

  7. Why is it that they had to build the empire state building with no tenants they looked for them after the building finished construction can't they do the same with 2WTC and 3WTC

  9. Love these updates. By the way, I noticed in pictures posted on the Skyscrapercity forums that it looks like they've started installing the pull-down white window blinds on the north side of 1WTC, though I may just be mistaking that for something else. In your next update, it would be great if you could get some close zoom-ins of the north side of the building and try to figure out what it is.

  10. Absolutely not! The antenna spire is going to be used for television and radio broadcasting. There would be too much radiation for our bodies.

  11. People are hesitant to move into towers 2 and 3… but once people are in towers 1 and 4… and the site is a bustling business center again… people 'll be clamoring to lease space in towers 2 and 3. Companies are also hesitant due to the fact that it's still a large construction site… it's kind of hard to sell a space that doesn't exist yet. As far as 'what happened there' we all know what occurred there… and it's always been a business district… the area's really quite positive now.

  13. The site has made a lot of progress. One and Four WTC are very close to external completion. It would definitely be good to see Two and Three WTC come with One and Four. There is such a huge space that needs to be filled between the two buildings.

  14. Great update video. Tower 1 is just spectacular and I really like the antenna especially the new top piece. It will be exciting to visit the observation floor once it is completed.

  15. It is a lot more progress than the beginning of the year. I would like to see at least a couple more built but man I feel tenants don't want to be in those buildings because of what happened there. Also the economy is taking forever to pick up.
