She made reference to legitimate psychological warfare and black propaganda techniques, but I don't believe her status as a "Victim". Intuitively it seems she is doing this for attention, not to "help" people, but Decide for yourself. I'm not against her, just something doesn't "feel" right about it.
She's referring to Psychological Warfare Strategies. These are Very real and Openly used Techniques by those in positions of power. NONE OF THE THINGS SHE SAID REFERS TO SYMPTOMS OF PARANOID SCHIZOPHRENIA. DO SOME RESEARCH INTO PSYCHOLOGY BEFORE TRYING TO DIAGNOSE PEOPLE CAUSE YOU'RE WAY OFF.
Some of the techniques she mentions are used on a regular basis to try to discredit or dishearten the individual they're aiming after, so that part's legit. Sounds like a Classic case of psychological warfare and social manipulation.
