That doesn't make sense to me now. if the Federal Bank's agenda for a
banking meltdown happens then for them to take over full control it would
be to NOT bail out the banks and instead enact new laws that congress wont
be able to touch. The best opportunity would have been during the financial
crisis in 2008, and yet it didn't happen.
