Not for WTC7 there isn't – not a single reliable witness. WTC7 is supposed to be the smoking gun of 9/11 – the one that is clearly controlled demo – yet not a single reliable witness heard explosions in the moments before it collapsed. Why is that? In fact, many buildings now are being demolished with thermate cutter charges, not because they are relatively quiet which I believe is why they were used in WTC7, but because they cut cleanly with little excess damage, which is useful in salvaging the steel. It's not the TYPE of charges used, but WHERE they are placed and the SEQUENCE set off that causes a building to implode and fall straight down. The most commonly used explosives in controlled demolitions are C4, RDX, and Thermate.

Barry Jennings describes explosions in WTC7 in his interview on the street with News7 the afternoon of 9/11. He is corroberated by an unidentified man with him who helped him get out of the building. Jennings again talks about explosions in the much longer Uncut Interview that was part of the 3rd edition of "Loose Change". The crucial information in this interview is that some explosions and damage occurred in Building 7 BEFORE either tower collapsed, a major contradiction to the official story.

I'm afraid you couldn't be more wrong. The two men you are talking about are Barry Jennings and Micheal Hess – they were both out of the building over five hours before it collapsed. Both men are not dead (Jennings is dead, Hess is very much alive), and both men did not state they heard explosions – in fact Hess has made it very clear there were no explosions – /watch?v=hy5lpp6yADw . Jennings claimed to hear explosions (most likely WTC 1 coming down) - five hours+ before collapse. That's not CD.
The two government workers who did record video interviews of their experiences from INSIDE WTC7, in the minutes before it's collapse, both reported multiple explosions preceding the demolition. Interestingly, very shortly afterwards, both men died due to "natural causes." I have not been able to re-locate their video interviews since they have been banned and removed from several sites, several times. One of the witnesses was a middle-aged black man. I believed their account when I watched it.
