Here's the main thing we do (or should) know: planes did not take down or take out the buildings. That was physicaly impossible. So let'e not waste time or energy arguing about planes, which look to be a distraction and a ratinale that the less intelligent would believe.
No buiding, constructed of steel, aluminum, and concrete, is going to disappear in this manner or in any manner from being hit by planes.

The plane is non-existant, superimposed onto the film. The speed of the 'planes' calculated by examining frame by frame using a fixed point is MAX ceiling altitude speed (550 mph or so) which is impossible at this low altitude, the air is too dense. Simple physics proves the hoax here, plus aluminium cans cant cut thru steel.

As for the Thermite smoke, that you pointed out pouring out of the towers, who's to say that they didn't put thermite into their bags. luggage screening was much more lax back then, and they didn't really care. The force of the crash would have been enough to spread and ignite it.

I am not interested in your opinion. The largest airline at the time the WTC's were built was smaller than the ones that crashed. The architects of the buildings admitted that they weren't prepared for the damage inflicted by the planes on 9/11. These are facts.
I can think of a motive quite easily. If terrorists (from the middle east for that matter) were to attack the US and kill thousands of people, then every citizen would like to get 'revenge' at everything and everyone middle eastern. All Bush had to do was state that he would 'fight terrorism' (control the middle east) and he had the support of almost everybody. Even a child can figure out that a building of that size just doesn't collapse that perfectly after burning for only 40 minutes or less.

Even the architects of the WTC buildings acknowledged that the buildings weren't designed for the massive damage and fires. They just planned for a small jet at low speed, low on fuel, lost in the fog, not fully loaded airliners at top speed. Another case of expecting an apple but finding a chestnut.
