Never heard of the headache thing. All I know is that the restaurant near
me that makes mandarin and chines food once used MSG in the food, then new
management came in a few years later with no MSG in the food and I could
taste the difference. How, before the change I could taste sweet and sour
chicken in my throat for three days, after the change like normal food with
no after taste. I don’t care if it’s safe I’m not eating it because of the
after taste.
Really? You trust the government to say its safe?
Regardless of the FDA’s claims, people predisposed to migraines KNOW that
MSG has inflammatory properties.
