One cousin has a Masters…the other going for a Phd soon both work for me. I have 3 two yr degrees…have no debt, property free and clear. They have nice expensive homes…beautiful. In 30 yrs they both will be paying over 5 million combined to own their properties out right. They have student loans…I said what's that? They have car loans…all my cars were paid for the day i bought them. They have credit cards..me, no way. They have no savings. I do. They invested in stocks..me, in metals.
