with bills, how exactly do you claim that back from the Federal Reserve?

While it's sad to see NatGeo stoop to such shameless propaganda, it is also

most of the people living in America have no idea at all that all those
poor people in the Third World countries are dying for those pieces of
Federal Reserve Notes. during the Asian Financial Crisis from 1997 to 1998,
people living in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines were buying and
selling goods and services using Federal Reserve Notes because those people
didn’t want to keep their own countries’ currencies which had plunged in
value.
