In this lecture, Dr. Russell Blaylock explains one of the most important connections between nutrition and our health, how nutrition affects our behavior, and the detrimental effects of excitotoxins Aspartame and MSG. Citing a series of important studies, Dr. Blaylock shows that good nutrition can powerfully enhance our memory, mood, and behavior in a socially desirable way. Like wise he shows us that poor nutrition can lead our youth into a world of violence, crime, depression and suicide

Pasteurized milk is poison: all the good is killed. I’d love to see the
studies with raw milk from cows fed on pasture, no soy/corn feed. Same with
animal fats: I’ll bet all that animal fat was from animals fed gmo corn and
soy feed.

Great clip. It’s amazing how many people, teachers and doctors included,
who refuse to listen to this type of knowledge.
What year was that recorded? It was a very interesting presentation but all
the referenced studies were from 1990 or earlier.
It is an older presentation, but Dr. Russell Blaylock is still researching,
and you can find updated information at his websites (he has several) and
on YouTube just Google his name. I believe he has been working on a
supplement to improve brain function based on nano technology.
It’s time to start taking better care of what’s left of the body that the
creator has given us.
I agree 100% with Dr. Russell Blaylock and I’m working towards starting a
career to cure and improve epilepsy and possibly other mental disorders
from, exercising a persons mind, body and teaching them what to put in
their body. U r what u eat and do with yourself. Right now I’m recovering
from a brain drama caused from a seizure from being over drugged by
doctors. When I fully recover I’m going to need nutritionist like this 1
willing to help and work with me to bring hope to the epileptics.
Very Good
Amazing stuff, thanks! Wonder if some of this information will help my
schizophrenic brother
