The Gov’t just doesn’t want a bunch of people becoming millionaires by
selling it, it makes such good money.
So they make it illegal and it causes a black market effect causing more
people to get rich off of it. If they made it legal, there would be no need
for drug dealers anymore and the Gov’t can make as much money as they want
taxing it. So, the solution to the money problem is, legalize it like
alcohol.
