Thank you for this- I have struggled with being addicted to diet coke- I
have gotten on and off of it several times.I’m off it right now and this
strengthens my resolve to keep it out of my diet. I know for a fact it was
affecting my memory and my sugar cravings- I was having 20 oz. each day.
alot of protein shakes or creatines have alot of aspartame acid.
Kids vitamins! Wtf!
Breast feeding is *natures way*. Nothing – nothing – can get close to it.
I had some mints with aspartame that I ate every night, and within one week
I was feeling more ill than I have ever felt in my life; when I quit the
mints, after 2 days I felt much better…
@pfd19184 My wife and myself had a baby boy 3 weeks ago and the hospital
prescribed kids vitamins for him for a year. We went and bought it, checked
the ingredients and it had aspartame in it 🙁 We took it straight back. I’m
sure my baby boy gets all he needs from breast milk and some sunshine 🙂
is it required that aspartame be put on the label of ingredients in foods?
also, is aspartame known by other names in the ingredient label? thank you.
Google Donald Rumsfeld and aspartame. He’s largely responsible for it still
being around.
I would love to share information like this, but the sad thing is you
either get laughed at, or people genuinely don’t care how bad it is..
@mercola Great info, I’m glad I don’t have any extra sugar or aspartame in
my diet. I was wondering if you could tell me more on the relation of acne
and diet. I know a low glycemic diet is probably one of the best things you
can do for it. I understand everyones body reacts differently to different
foods, but I was wondering if you could shed some light on the “blood-type”
diet, which is a diet where you avoid foods that your blood type has been
found to have poor reactions to.
this is very important information. it amazes me how these studies were not
objective and how the consumer is misinformed. thank you for this video.
Just goes to show you, Government agencies can not be trusted to regulate
themselves. Like having the fox guard the hen house.
