Very informative and straightforward, thanks for clearing that up!
I can’t believe people say this outrageous stuff about aspartame, with no
evidence. Also, i can’t believe global warming by greenhouse is globally
accepted.. With no evidence.
Its not pronounced ass-per-team, it’s ars-par-tum
Aspartame is quite bad, but it isn’t quite as bad as most people claim –
that’s only because they did the test on rats and they gave them more than
you could consume in your entire life; you would have to be tipping it into
your mouth 24/7 to get cancer
And this was posted before watching the vid
I’ve heard that when you drink something with Aspartame you’ll hold on to
more water, do you think that’s true?
very informative! Thanks for posting
i like to watch ur videos on fittness and bodybuilding period. They are
often humorous and well done. It’s been documented that Aspartame can at
least cause illness in the long run and no long term side-effects are
actually known. It’s interesting to see your take on this. Can you provide
any academic knowledge on this matter (case studies, trials) or do you get
your info from the internet and deem it unprobable to cause cancer and
such? Brandon, where did you get that certitude? And what’s up with this
old comment “There’s no need to go more in depth as the research and
information is out there. It’s quite clear you have comprehension issues.”.
That’s an attack on someone’s intelligence. There shall always be opinions
so there is no harm in stating yours. just don’t attack those with a
different opinion please. I have switched to Stevia years ago and never
looked back.Have a great day
Are there any studies that you can link me to regarding diet soda and
weight gain/loss? I could have sworn I read a study that says diet soda
does not lead to weight gain but I keep getting blogs when I search ( I’ve
only been searching on my phone). My teacher told my class that diet soda
makes people fat, I respectfully disagreed (I’ve cut while drinking it).
What do you think?
just found your channel a week ago.. i dont know how i didnt stumble on it
before but just wanted to say thanks for the great content!
wtf is wrong w ppl killing baby rats for a obviously bullshit study
1. Humor in this was great
2. I hate Dr. Oz…i watched him a few years back, and everything sounded
good, but then I noticed everyday he was saying xxxxxxyyyyyzzzz was the new
miracle food for ageless skin, etc. So I caught on to his BS. Along those
lines as well, I often hear from my mom, “Well, Dr. Oz said…” I asked her
if Dr. Oz told you to jump off of a bridge, would you…? Fortunately many
of his followers would…lol
Hahah, laughed out loud at the rat from the ninja turtles.
Other way around, you seem to only believe the government and aspartame
industry studies, rather than the independant ones. Show me another link.
One, or even 5 won’t suffice.
So not only do you comment on the water video but now this one. I see where
this is going. So predictable. Please feel free to provide any peer
reviewed studies that dispute what I say here, otherwise troll on.
My perception or understanding of aspartame is evidently far superior to
your ‘understanding’. Even though this is your own fitness channel, you
clearly are far from being the elitist here in your knowledge that
Phenylalanine, Aspartic acid and METHANOL are safe to consume. Please,
explain why you are so deluded here. How are these 3 toxic poisons safe to
consume at any level?
Good to know. The reason I’m asking is because I’ve seen articles all over
the internet from the past 6 months saying sweeteners may cause reduced
kidney function, kidney scarring and even kidney damage. I’m no expert in
reading studies, so I’ve been pretty confused about the legitimacy of all
this recent hype about the dangers of sweeteners in relation to kidneys.
Look at the sources and it’ll answer your question for you. You make
outrageous claims and yet haven’t been able to provide any significant
evidence to back them. OH wait except for your natural health sherpa video
from YouTube lol. Strong case. 🙂
This is not a study you linked, simply one’s reaction to a study.
Appreciate the feedback, I’ve also heard of professors who swear against
it, guess it just goes to show why there’s so much confusion!
There is no evidence it causes cancer.
Thanks for watching!
“Aspartame. Review of safety issues. Council on Scientific Affairs.”
“Aspartame: review of recent experimental and observational data.”
“Aspartame Not Linked to Cancer” here’s a few. Search any peer reviewed
article site for these titles.
Quit now, you pompous amateur… you are only laughable to your onlookers.
You have no reason to presume you are the elitist here, your knowledge of
aspartame and its heath effects on the body seems rather breif, vague,
irrational, and all based upon inferior belief. There is no point repeating
the bogus claims from the manufacturers themselves about how aspartame is
“safe”. If you can provide me with one, single piece of non-rigged,
flawless, clean evidence, i’ll believe you… until then.
Again your comprehension skills are laughable as the site you’re looking at
is simply a library. Look at where they’re from smart guy. Still waiting on
your studies…. you’ve only been avoiding doing so this whole
conversation.
Don’t think the study and article are the same as they’re talking about 2
different things. But what I would say in regards to the article is you
can’t really pull any valid info from this IMO. Their conclusions are drawn
from self reported surveys that they sent out over the course of about 25
years.
I have found plenty of those peer reviewed studies and facts if you want
them. Oh, you may want to broaden your knowledge on the amino acids side of
things, the ‘animo acids’ in aspartame are not the naturally occurring
products of things we eat every day.

Sorry, 3 neurotoxins in 1. Just in small doses, but it builds up over time.
Hence why people don’t just drop dead at first, but we are seeing a rise in
toxins accumulating in people’s bodies.
You are a bodybuilder and are promoting the use of Soy. Pathetic.
Comprehension is all you seem to care about here. Look at where they’re
from? The government. Research Agenda 21 whilst I pull up those studies.
ha owned
As for the rest of it, I can bring those back up tomorrow, I currently have
things to be doing. In the meantime, study those two articles, and watch
‘sweet misery – a poisoned world’ on Youtube, it’s a documentary. It’ll
teach you about why Methanol is a poison as well, which you enjoy to reject.
The sun has carcinogenic effects as well, guess that means we shouldn’t go
outside!
Watch sweet misery. Now as I have said, I ought to do my workout regime
befor I get to bed, it’s 10:45pm here. Removing my previous posts is one
thing, then blocking me to prevent me with posting other stuff to show you
up as an erroneous fool is another. I’ll bring up the rest tomorrow. Good
day. 🙂
You realize this is just a library of 22 million citations for biomedical
literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books right? Do
you ever plan on giving me something of value?
Brandon Campbell Your Stupid………………..
Oh, most definiteley. The tissue of the Tumor lasted this long for us to
know that. I’ve seen a report, it’s likely not a brain tumor. Wow, smart
one you are.
Tell me, what does (dot) gov stand for then?
Haha you can’t be serious.
Notice the web adress, ooh look, it’s (dot)Gov – yeah, you can really trust
them with their agenda 21. You don’t even need to read the article to know
that it’s a bunch of twisted lies being forced upon you so they can make
you brain dead and control you like their livestock. Looks like soon you’ll
be telling people that fluoride added to drinking water improves dental
health. Because if the government say then they’re right…
Are you seriously trying to push your inferior knowledge onto people?
Difference is, the sun is only carcinogenic in high amounts, if you get
burned regularly and if you constantly don’t protect yourself from it with
sun cream, then yes, it can be carcinogenic. However, if we didn’t get
sunlight (which is healthy) we would suffer from vitamin D deficiency. Tghe
difference is, with aspartame, even the smallest amounts are carcinogenic.
Now shock me, say something intelligent.
Yes.
Not cowardly at all actually. I gave him several hours worth of
conversation to bring up one single study and he was unable to do so. I’m a
reasonable person and gave him a fair chance to provide his side. However
he was unable to do this and just spammed opinion pieces. Since I was tired
of the spamming I requested he not post again until he had something of
relevance or I would cease his commenting. He was unable to do so.
The technology to discover brain tumors in people is as advanced now as it
has been for 40 years +. Explain the sudden surge in brain tumors then?
Especially after the introduction of asp.
ah correlation does not imply causation.
