How does it happen that the majority the of columns fail at the same time when clearly there were asymmetrical damaged caused to all three buildings? And then the proceeding collapse mechanism? Not floors collapsing. The so-called pancake theory was abandoned – were talking about column failure. And most importantly beside the anomaly of the symmetry: ANY crushing down won't allow freefall acceleration to occur – it's a glaring inconsistency in the official theory.
When the top floors are collapsing and on fire, then it's pretty obvious that they are going to come down. In a regular situation, the building structure would hold itself because the design doesn't put too much pressure on the lower floors. But when the top floors doesn't support itself anymore, then it's going to tumble down and weaken each floor one by one, until the whole thing goes down.
Buildings don't just crush themselves all the way to the ground because a few per cent of the columns at a few floors were severed/weakened by fire/airplane impacts. WTC7 came down at the rate of gravity for about eight stories and sections of the sides of the twin towers blew out at about the same rate as well. The investigative organ (NIST) refuses to release their input data of its virtual WTC7 model (of which, btw, the visualization looks nothing like the real world structure's collapse).

The buildings crumbled because the crash weakened the structure and then it caught fire from the jet fuel. The fire was enough to weaken the columns and cause the floors to sag. Eventually they were unable to support each other. And by the way, there were 5 Israelis killed.
