They focused more on designing a 21st Century futuresque building than on paying homage to the 3,000 victims, their families, their friends, and New York as a whole. Why didn't they rebuild the towers as they were? There's no moving on now. No one will be able to remember NYC as it was before 9/11 with this glass box crowding the beautiful city skyline.
