Very astute question. Methanol is bound to pectin in fruits and veggies.
Anytime you process them into bottles or cans the methanol starts to
dissociate. The longer the time from processing and warmer the temperature
the more rapid the dissociation. It is wise to avoid both but most likely
aspartame is worse as it has unbalanced amino acid ratios. This is
especially important if you have autoimmune diseases, like MS.
I have tried for years not to use fake sweeteners, but it’s so hard to get
away from them all. If our government worked for the people it wouldn’t be
an issue.
Having met Dr. Monte and read his critical book “While Since Sleeps – a
Sweetener Kills” I am absolutely convinced that he is on the right track
regarding many, if not all, of our “Diseases of Civilization”. Ignore this
interview at continued health risk to you, your family and friends. Pat

Extremely interesting. Great interview! Information that should be spread
regardless.

One of the best and one of the most informative interviews. A+
OMG even cigarette smoke can cause MS. I quit drinking diet sodas when I
found out they can lead to MS. I have just smoked my last cigarette.
Great dissertation
