  1. Go figure:
I've been saying since 1968 (the first time I ate at Micky D's and got
sick) that there was a genetic correlation between gluten/white sugar and a
familial trait (along the female side) which impacts the amygdala. Hence,
my great uncle – severely autistic, myself – dissociative/schizo affective
disorder, 1 cousin – severe depression and suicidal, another
schizophrenic, 2 nephews and a niece – syliac, and a history of both type 1
and type 2 diabetes. There is also a high correlation between this reaction
to gluten/white sugar and those with some Asiatic (rd. NA aboriginals)
and/or African genetic material. While I was in graduate school I actually
worked under a physical anthropologist who demonstrated this high
probability – historically there was no selective pressure in these
communities to adapt to wheat or intense sugars. Today with what they call
wheat (with it's huge increase in gluten content since the 1970's it truly
isn't wheat anymore) there has been a marked increase in such disorders in
    the public at large.

  4. I spent the last 5 years of my life in pain and agony trying desperately to
fine the cause of my Migraines, vision problems, and partial paralyses of
the face and extremities. After removing all forms of MSG from my diet all
the symptoms vanished in less than a month.

  5. I switched from sugar to Saccharin for a while, consuming like 15 little
white pills per day, and after a while my knuckles went white, my legs stop
functioning properly (couldn't kneel and get up as usual, it took a arm
muscle to help me get up) , veins on my leg started to break and I had
bleeding here and there. When I stop the intake of saccharin everything got
better on my hands but my legs took a couple of years on recuperate their
    vigour.
