Absolutely! If you look from New Jersey the tower does look complete as there are no construction elevators on that side. The current elevators should be removed within a few months hopefully.

The podium will have all it's glass and mechanical vents installed and probably around the middle of January 2014 vertical construction will start.

Yes! Tower 3 is my second favorite at the site. Hopefully Tower 2 will start up soon maybe early next year.

I have heard of some testing but I didn't know they where doing tests in September. I'm sure that will be amazing to look at!

Not sure if you know this already, but on late September, they lit up the spire of One World Trade Center for testing. It looked amazing!
