at the time, the NWO wasnt a popular culture, these cartoons are OLD some of them i havent even seen, look at past president quotes, such as JFKs, Dwight D Eisenhower, FDR they warned of the NWO, but people like George Walker bush Senior, Bill Cliton plus others even before them promoted the NWO, this group and the banking elites of the world that has taken over damn near every government, by both political, physiological, and physical warfare man
The NWO has been the talking of certain groups before American was even a nation. Unless anyone has hard evidence that a particular group is attempting to sieve power then I don't believe it. This cartoon was making references to popular culture like many cartoons do.
