Just asking but wasn't Larry Silverstein when referring to "they" talking about the the firefighters (his revised version of events after he was asked originally) to pull out of the building? However, at that time (5.20pm) there weren't any firerfighters around as they were pulled out at 11am!! He should be the first to be subpoenad in any criminal investigation of 9/11

There were 136 people who witnessed a plane. 103 actually saw the plane hit the Pentagon. Witnesses claimed to smell jet fuel on the scene. People claimed to still see dead bodies strapped into seats. There were American Airlines parts scattered all over the place. 6 men on the Pentagon lawn were actually almost hit by flight 77. Conspiracy theorists get around all of this by doing what they usually do. They claim all the witnesses are fake, and all of the evidence was planted by the government.

The motive was war, period. Bush was already rallying for it on 9/12, before anybody had time to determine who was behind 9/11, why, how, or any other pertinent question. He and his whole family are deeply rooted in oil profiteering, and war uses a lot of oil. Moreover, he REFUSED to testify about it, unless "together," (with his comrade, DICK Cheney) "and NOT UNDER OATH." No court will give YOU that luxury. He then spent MONTHS rallying America against Iraq, which wasn't even involved.

Of course the planes were real. That doesn't mean they were the cause of the destruction of the towers. To say that they were is like saying if somebody throws a rock at you and you drop dead, it couldn't possibly be because a hidden sniper shot you. No, it had to be the rock.
