I wonder what did he see or felt that made him shout. Did the floor beneath
him fell down? Did the ceiling came down? How many seconds was he conscious
after the call ended. I suppose that the only thing I can make out of it is
that he was crushed…

@ Blake modlin yes. The south tower was the 2nd one hit, but the first to
fall. The reasoning probably because the plane hit closer to the center of
the tower on lower floors.
I feel terribly sorry for the telephone operators also. They must have been
completely traumatised.
Dammit. RIP Kevin Cosgrove and all victims of that horrible fucking day.
