  1. Could it possibly be the wind whistling through the guide wires of the
spire at the top? Between the guide wires and the round "bells" on the
spire, its entirely possible. We'll have to see once its 100% finished if
the sound changes or stops. There's still lots of scaffolding and stuff
    there.

  2. It's Freedom Tower. As for the sound, it's the muslim spire on top of the
tower. It's designed to make that sound. If your Muslim, you'll recognize
it as the Muslim call to prayer.

  3. That's no construction noise, no wind blowing noise or large machinery I've
ever heard before. Either the world largest whistle was recently put up
near there and it was a very windy day, or that's the pain and suffering
left behind by over two thousand people whom were all taken away from this
world at once. I don't know what pain and suffering sounds like, but if I
had to guess it would sound like this. Eerie.

  4. Sounds like more of those 'strange sky noises' being heard around the
world. Maybe it's heralding the end of corrupt Wall Street's domination of
    the planet?

  5. My god! I can't believe all of the ignorant comments on this video. It's
wind blowing through the unfinished top of the tower. Nothing else. It's
not political. It's not religious. Get over it.

  6. The day the twin towers went down it was a windy day out. The tower makes
that noise when its windy. Do you see what I mean? And also the sound kinda
sounds like a plane. Ironic isn't it?

  7. I heard this last night outside of DC. It was very loud and woke me up.
It kept getting louder and louder and was coming from the sky. Then
suddenly it stopped. I looked at the clock and the time was 1am Dec 3, 2013

companies, organisations, as well as charities, to work for his new one

  9. Wasn't it * nicknamed * Freedom Tower because the height ( including the
spire ) is 1,776, which is the date when they signed the Declaration of
Independence? It would make much more sense to call it the Freedom Tower,
not 1 World Trade Center. But, of course, they changed it, so.
    Still really eerie though.
