End of 2014 they will try to taper but they can't do it too suddeningly or the economy will crash.
All the thing you just said is happening in a slow motion. Of course the Fed will not taper off completely. If they taper off it will be like cutting back $5 billions from the $85 billion a month in QE. If they taper off completely the economy will enter an instant crash.
Will bond prices plummet? Will interest rates reach double digits? Will corporate profits fall? Will the stock market crash? If a tree falls in the forest? Does a bear shit in the woods?
