The federal reserve was created in 1913 and is not funded by the taxpayer. In fact, any profits it makes with the sale of federal bonds, goes back to the treasury. Last year profits were $21-billion, which is actually above average. The fed is our national bank, and is made up of all the banks in America. They operate much like any company and build stuff because they need it.
Any thing you see on YouTube about them that is like the above video, is most probably BS.
