  1. 119 Representatives and Senators voted against the Fed. Res. Act on Sept. 18 and Dec. 18, 1913. 62 Representatives and Senators did not vote on the Fed. Res. Act. at all on the Sept. 18 house vote and the Dec. 18th Senate vote!

  3. House of Representatives: Sept. 1913 377 out of 435 Representatives voted either yea, nay or present. 435-377=58 unaccounted for Representatives at this vote, why?
    On the Senates vote in Dec. 18, 1913; 88 Senators voted either yea or nay. There was a total Senate membership of 96 at the time. 96-88=8. Where were these 8 Senators?

  4. Dec. 22, 1913 House of Representatives votes 298 yeas, 60 nays, and 76 Representatives did not vote. 298+60+76=434. 435-434=1 unaccounted for Representative? Dec. 23 1913, Senate votes 43 yeas, 25 nays, and 27 Senators did not vote. 43+25+27=95 Senators! The Senate had 96 Senators in 1913; 96-95=1 unaccounted for Senator!

  5. On Dec 18, 1913, 88 senators voted either yea or nay, and 7 Senators did not vote. 88+7=95 Senators, but the total membership of the Senate in the 63rd congress in 1913 was 96 Senators! 96-95=1 unaccounted for Senator on the Dec. 18, 1913 Senate vote!

  6. 435 Representatives and 96 Senators in 1913! 372 Representatives voted yea or nay in Sept. 1913 5 Representatives voted present (neither yea or nay) 55 Representatives did not vote on the Fed. Res Act in Sept 1913! 372+5+55=432 Representatives!
    The 63 Congress when this vote took place had a total of 435 members in the House of Representatives. 435-432=3 unaccounted for Representatives in Sept. 1913

  7. in 1913 the 63rd congress passed the Federal reserve act. The Congress had a total of 435 Representatives and 96 Senators. On Sept. 18, 1913 the House of Representatives voted 287 yeas 85 nays, 5 voted present, 55 did not vote and there were 26 announced pairs (whatever that means). Dec. 18, 1913 the Senate vote 54 yeas and 34 nays, and 7 senators did not vote! On Dec 22 1913 the House voted 298 yeas, 60 nays, 76 did not vote but there were 34 announced pairs?
