  1. To quote the apparently psychotic officer : “You’re being detained —
    you’re free to go — you’re being detained — stop the bullshit — don’t
show ID and I’ll arrest you — you can go on your way — you’re pushing me
    — have a good day sir.” How far down did Doral have to scrape the barrel
    to find this winner?

  2. Police lie. This is a wonderful example of police lying. Always assume
police are lying, especially if you are on a jury.
Legally, the photographer was not required to provide ID because he was not
suspected of a breach of statute. Video taping is protected by the 1st
    Amendment of the Constitution.
Note how the cop lie,s and says the photographer is required to provide ID.
You have seen it with your own eyes. The police officer was lying. Police
are lying most of the time. Police are formally trained in lying.
Police are experts in lying and intimidation.
Police are the biggest liars in America.

  3. This video shows exactly what NOT to do. You did not ask for his name and
badge number. You did not properly quote the law that makes it an invalid
Terry stop, under both Terry V Ohio, and Brown V Texas.

  4. 2:58 mark, rights surrendered. I’m sorry to have seen that, but I totally
understand you not wanting to be kidnapped with impunity. Thank you for
    the video! Keep them coming!

  5. As much as I agree with not IDing yourself, the very SECOND that an officer
says you are free to go, STOP TALKING and move on. even if you only walk 10
feet then start recording the building again. Speak as little as possible
to the police, and just walk away.

  6. Next time: Don’t trip over your words.. – Laugh at them & tell them you
don’t have to show them an I.D. & carry on with what you are doing long as
it’s legal as if he wasn’t there.

The way he pulled up on you was a tatic.. plan & simple.

  7. *”Stop the bullshit”* – Are you *KIDDING ME!!!* is this what police really
think of the constitution. Police are all coward murderers. It is amazing
    how stupid this officer is,

Also why did you leave? I would have loved to be in your position that day.
Goodness, my attorney would have given me a high-five the moment he saw me
    get unlawfully arrested. LOL,

  8. Hopefully you followed up with a formal complaint. Considering how crooked
the city government is in Doral I wouldn’t be surprised if nothing happens,
but good you complain anyways for your records.

  9. Public property, no crime no I.d no answers. I invoke my 1st 4th 5th
amendment rights. I am here engaging in constitutionality protected act and
you can not make me move from a public sidewalk or stop filming!

  10. Times like this it would be nice to have a second camera going. Also should
have pushed the issue of what law you were breaking- he kept deflecting it.

  11. This idiot didn’t have any idea of how to smart talk to the police officer.
If you can’t really put sentences or reasoning like the other videos. Don’t
try to play the bill of rights card.

  12. This cop should apply for a job in North Korea. But I want to thank this guy
for standing up for his rights ,exercising the first amendment, and trying
to expose the federal reserve system…

  13. Man, if Doral PD can’t do any better than this old jackass, they might as
well just close up shop. What a useless excuse for “law enforcement”. It
was pretty funny though, to watch this asshole keep demanding ID, and in
the end, he didn’t get it. Well, perhaps Officer Cuesta didn’t have any
legal right to ask for it, now did he?

  14. COWARD!!!!!!!

Ask for name and badge number until they identify.
Then ask why they are harassing you, until they give up or place you under
    arrest.
Then notify that you will sue.

    Never let them intimidate you.

  15. Well the cameraman wimped out and left which is exactly what the police
wanted. We don’t need more videos of people exposing police misconduct.
We need more lawsuits and this video is exactly what we DONT need.

  16. You had an answer to every illegal order he gave you and made him look
foolish. His professional response? “Stop the bullshit! You’re pushing me,
    ok?” Just another cop.
