I earned a BBA in Finance. I attended Universities in the US and Europe and

voluntarily consent to be US citizens and US residents but, as defined in
all areas of the laws, the Unites States has no less than 75 different
definitions scattered throughout the US Code. Legally, the United States is
NOT part of the United States of America. The District of Columbia is a
corporation doing business as the municipality/government/corporation
called "United States". This "United States" has the power to promulgate
and enforce laws but, only to those subject to its jurisdiction by
residency or by citizenship to the "United States/District of Columbia.
Anyone residing within the area called the District of Columbia is a
resident and therefore, subject to its jurisdiction. Those people not
living within the geographical area known as the District of Columbia can
only be subject to the laws of the District of Columbia by consenting to be
a citizen which is mandated when we receive a Social Security Number! THIS
IS ALL A HUGE FRAUD AND THE COURTS ALL KNOW THIS TOO WELL! THIS IS WHY A
TAX DEFENDANT WILL NEVER RECEIVE A FAIR TRIAL! To aid in the deception, the

States" but not the same as in "The/the United States of America (or any
such perverted form containing these words)" or as in "America".

"Washington State" it means that part within the "Union-State" (such as an
agency/court ) called Washington, is a subsidiary of the "State" that is,
the "United States", that is the "District of Columbia". This results in
ALL COURTS being "State" courts and therefore, subsidiaries of the "United
States", i.e., of the District of Columbia government/municipality. The
"United States" aka "District of Columbia", consists of the geographic area
known as the District of Columbia, along with various
territories/possessions such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.. The individual
"Union-States" of which there are now 50, are NOT owned by the "United
States" that is, the "District of Columbia" and, therefore, are NOT part of
the United States however, each of the 50 individual "Union-States" are
part of the United States of America or, America. Therefore, a resident of
Texas, New York, California, that is, a "Union-State" is not subject to the
jurisdiction or laws of the United States…PERIOD! However, by obtaining a
Social Security #, which can only be issued by the "United States" to a
citizen of the "United States"as opposed to the United States of America
which is composed of the 50 Union States, the Social Security number holder
has consented to be a citizen of the "United States" that is, of the
District of Columbia and is then subject to its laws and becomes liable
(through fraud by the US) for Federal Income Tax. This is a simplified but,
accurate description of the biggest con-job in history. This too was
created to screw the Goyim by the Jews in 1913 when the Federal Reserve Act
was passed on the eve of the Christmas holiday and was, "coincidentally"
the same year the Sixteenth Amendment to the US Constitution was passed
which appeared to legitimize the income tax on all means of income
wheresoever found. A person cannot be bound to a "contract", i.e., the
Social Security contract, to which they entered by use of deception, fraud,
trickery or even mistake and therefore, every individual living in a
"Union-State" may rescind the fraudulent social security contract with no
liability whatsoever to the United States. To the extent the person has
paid tax and/or social security, etc., they are entitled to a refund of
100% however, cannot receive any federal pension or benefit such as, social
