  1. The only cola I ever drink (less than 1 every few months) is called Zevia.
Uses stevia and does not even use colouring. Be it root beer or orange its
all clear. I do taake one drink 3 times a week that has sucralose. Its
a fat burner called Rapidcuts that I got for a rediculously cheap price on
blowout so I use it as a cheap pre-workout to my weightlifting sessions 3
    times a week.

  2. This crap was discovered in 1964-1966 and was rejected as a food additive
several times due to alarming side effects… the head of the FDA was
replaced at the same time that this poison was approved in
    ’81…coincidence? I don’t think so!

  3. It’s just so amazing that this obvious truth is ignored by so many!
Even though I don’t think carbonated beverages are good for us, when I have
a craving for soda I mix 3-4 ounces of pomegranate/cherry juice and about
8-10 ounces of sparkling lime mineral water.

  4. What i don’t get is how can anybody stand the taste of diet sodas with
aspartame in them, because when i tried a pepsi max with it, yikes, was it
ever so AWFUL!!! I immediately stopped buying these diet drinks and
anything with aspartame in it, thumbs up Dr.G!!!
